General Terms
Refund window: 60 days from the date of purchase for all products.
How to request a refund: Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout. For industry report refunds, include a brief note on what didn't work for you.
Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Account access: Upon refund, access to member features (the AI vs Stocks Matrix, Portfolio X-Ray, What-If Engine, and saved scenarios) will be revoked. Any exported reports or PDFs you've already downloaded are yours to keep.
Subscription renewals: Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before renewal. If you forget to cancel and are charged for a new year, contact us within 14 days of the renewal charge for a full refund of that renewal.
